CP-WCP – WRAP AROUND CASE PACKER
The CP-WCP – Wrap Around Case Packer uses AFA’s innovative gantry robot case erector system and Flat Stack Magazine™ to erect the wrap-around cases. This system also includes servo- driven changeover technology for the case magazine. Operators simply have to place a stack of wrap-around cases on the magazine, and the system will automatically adjust to the different sizes. Several support systems can be added to the CP-WCP including, labelers, ink printers, bar code readers, tray denestors, and much more. A heavy duty frame allows for 24/7 operation and long machinery life. Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC and Servos are standard on the CP-WCP.
The CP-WCP can also feature optional equipment such as VPNs for remote access, extended case magazines to limit operator intervention, and dual gantry robots to increase overall speed. Typical applications on the CP-WCP include bottles, canisters, cartons, flow-wrap packages and tubes.

Innovative Infeed System for this application denested support trays, picked and placed booklets and handled filters and then end load all three items on one compact system. Eliminates tabs and pins on the magazine for fast repeatable changeover with no tweaking or adjustments. Intuitive screens allow access to servo motor control, recipe changes, machine operation statistics and more.
